Eros has super smooth body-safe silicone, 2 independently controlled motors, a storage pouch, a travel lock, and is waterproof submersible. It's very quiet too. Each motor has 3 intensities and 4 patterns, though I'd rather skip the patterns! I prefer more speeds or intensities over patterns. With my thick thighs, I'm able to use the Eros vibrator hands-free, which is absolutely delicious.
